Mr W and I have stocked up our space in the Dairy House once again. While I was there I took these photos of what I have decided to call "The French Room", it was looking particularly atmospheric with the low Autumnal light coming through the windows.....
I don't know the lady who sells from this room, but she certainly has a real knack of arranging her stock to the most effect.
It just feels like a sumptuous French drawing room. I could move straight in there, couldn't you?
Upstairs there is a more "rustic" feel to the stock. More of Mr W's English and French finds.....
These edging tiles would look amazing in the garden, defining the edges of a herbaceous border or a gravel path....
and lastly this pretty chenille embroidered picture........ not sure how I managed to part with it!!!

It looks absolutely fantastic! For once, the French stuff looks really French to me (some interpretations of French style don't look like what I actually see here in homes, shops or magazines).

Some beautiful things. I was particularly interested to have a good look at this because Jane (other half of OSV) and I have rented a unit at Packhouse Antique Centre and we stock it tomorrow! I'm sure we won't get it right first time but it's all very exciting! Have you found out if you have a stand at Winchester yet?

It's a bit late in the year now, but in the spring I think we should have a bloggers day at Dairy House, don't you? We'll have to put our heads together on that one!

Hi! My boyfriend and I have just moved to Dorset and were recommended Dairy House Antiques by the previous owners of our house. We love it and visited for the 2nd time today and will no doubt visit a lot in the future. I picked up Liz's card in one of the rooms there!
